5 Days Yoga Intensive
DETAILS OF THE EXPERIENCE
Arrival day: Welcome at 15 h, introduction 16:30, meditation 18 h
Day 2, 3 & 4: Yoga rhythm with lessons, meditations and periods of silence
Departure day: Conclusion after morning Meditation at 11 h
Recommended literature: Ismael & the Journey of the Return, a novel by Yoginâm
Introduction into yoga and all its aspects:
- Mantra Chanting (Gayatri Mantra)
- Pranayama (Anulom Vilom & Kapala Bhati)

walking meditation - Meditation and Relaxation (Shavasana)
You will accomplish the following:
- Integration of yoga in daily life
- How effortless am I?
- Meditation in movement
- Deepening the inner smile
DESCRIPTION
After arrival and settling down having a cup of tea, we give you a guided tour through the Garden of Nâm Living. Around 16:30 with the introduction, we will get to know each other more and tell our motivation of participating in this yoga retreat. Maybe you have questions you might want to ask. As a movement therapist, I strive for body-awareness to be created with an attitude of Awe and Wonder. In a 5 day Yoga intensive we will deepen the meaning of yoga and connection with ‘I’ and ‘World’. What does deepening mean? How to implement yoga in daily life? We will all find out on this journey together.
