Three days to connect with the creative flow of the Feminine Kundalini energy, through feeling, the liberating and purifying element of water, to open the
way for the ascent of the Shakti energy.
Through Yoga, meditations, the chanting of sacred mantras, grounding exercises, and self-healing kriyas, the sacred dance and self-observation, we create a safe and creative space to open ourselves to the voice of the Heart space.
Voice Yoga, singing and meditation
By chanting sacred mantras and primordial sounds, we purify the mind, concentrate the energy, and relax the entire system. From there, opening ourselves through music and sound, we enter the sacred, healing current: the naad or naam yoga.
Dance is the expression of the Feminine Divinity and its element is Water
The Sacred Dance is a symbol of the creative flow of the Feminine Divinity, associated with the element of Water, the movement that connects with the vital
pulse of Being as it ascends from Earth to Heaven, and activates the central channel so that the sacred fire may undertake its inner alchemical journey.
