For this healing journey we are guests at the retreat and meditation centre ‘The Garden of Nâm’ (Spain). Here you can immerse yourself in an oasis of stillness. A stay in this place will leave you with new sources of energy and deep insights into yourself and your relationship with the world around you. A rejuvenating and revitalising experience!
In this beautiful place we are welcomed by the small resident community that lovingly embraces this retreat. As a group, we respect the daily customs of this community. One of those customs is that two or three Asha meditations are held every day. You are free to take part in them as you wish. After each meditation, a period of silence is observed.
Our programme takes place in 2-3 parts spread across the day. There is ample time for stillness, contemplation, processing, writing and being alone with yourself. All these elements together make our stay a serene and fruitful whole.

19 February: day of arrival
20 to 26 February: retreat
With 23 February being a day for yourself or to explore the surroundings together for those who wish to
27 February: day of departure.
There are no direct flights to Almería airport in February. It is possible to fly to Almería with Vueling (transfer in Barcelona) or with Iberia (transfer in Madrid). You can be picked up from Almería airport.
Another option is to fly to Granada, Malaga or Alicante. From there you can rent a car or van (possibly together with others). Buses also run to Almería from Malaga and Alicante.

Includes 3 meals per day
Includes 8 nights / double room with shared shower and toilet.
Additional charge for single room with shared shower and toilet
Additional charge for single or double room with private shower and toilet
Additional charge for extra-large room for one or two people with private shower and toilet
The price does not include travel to and from the retreat.
My teachings have become gifts. Afterwards there is an opportunity to give on a voluntary basis.
