Beschrijving
On the first day you arrive in the afternoon, move into your cosy room and have a cup of tea in the serene atmosphere of the Garden of Nam. We will have a meditation, an introduction talk and a tasty and healthy meal for dinner. The following two days we start with a stretching class before breakfast and follow the daily meditation schedule. Some time during the day you will receive a professional massage and if needed we have another optional stretching exercise. There is room to visit the village or do some volunteer work in the garden in your spare time. The duration of this 3 days Wellness Retreat can be extended to a 5 days intensive, starting one day before and departing one day after. This provides a deeper Wellness Experience and gives space to book an excursion or a visit one of the 36 beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata.
