From September 25 to 30, two experienced Qigong teachers, Angelique Jacobs-Roos and Bram Griffioen, are organizing a unique retreat in the beautiful south of Spain. Prepare for Winter
At the start of autumn, it’s important to prepare both body and mind for the coming winter months. Why shouldn’t you feel just as good during the darker months as you do in the warm summer? Qigong offers the perfect method to make this transition smooth and powerful. Our goal is to help you close the summer with renewed energy, insight, and calm, ready for autumn and winter. And where better to do this than in sunny southern Spain, where we can still enjoy the last bit of summer glory?
What to Expect?
During this Qigong retreat, we will focus on the Yin and Yang organs, each with their own meridians, movements, sounds, and colors. You will also learn the Qigong form Ba Duan Jin, which brings everything together. The Qigong lessons are harmoniously integrated into the daily rhythm of (vegetarian) meals and meditations at The Garden of Nâm. Participation in the meditations is optional and, along with the delicious meals, is included in the price.
Practical Information
The price of the retreat depends on the type of room and includes vegetarian meals and Qigong workshops (for 5 days, €350-600 per person). The flight is not included. A direct flight is available on September 25 from Rotterdam (Transavia) to Almeria (Spain) and back on September 30.
