Porque \u00e9 que n\u00e3o nos podemos sentir t\u00e3o bem durante os meses mais escuros como nos meses quentes de ver\u00e3o? O Qigong oferece o m\u00e9todo perfeito para tornar esta transi\u00e7\u00e3o suave e poderosa. Tamb\u00e9m aprender\u00e1 a forma de Qigong Ba Duan Jin, que re\u00fane tudo. As aulas de Qigong s\u00e3o harmoniosamente integradas no ritmo di\u00e1rio de refei\u00e7\u00f5es (vegetarianas) e medita\u00e7\u00f5es no Jardim de N\u00e2m.
