Como terapeuta do movimento, eu esfor\u00e7o-me para que a consci\u00eancia corporal seja criada com uma atitude de Admira\u00e7\u00e3o e Maravilha. Num intensivo de Yoga de 5 dias vamos aprofundar o significado do yoga e a liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o 'Eu' e o 'Mundo'. O que significa aprofundar? Como implementar o yoga na vida quotidiana?
