We will have a meditation, an introduction talk and a tasty and healthy meal for dinner. The following two days we start with a stretching class before breakfast and follow the daily meditation schedule. Some time during the day you will receive a professional massage and if needed we have another optional stretching exercise. There is room to visit the village or do some volunteer work in the garden in your spare time. The duration of this 3 days Wellness Retreat can be extended to a 5 days intensive, starting one day before and departing one day after.
