Around 16:15 with the introduction\, we will get to know each other and prepare for the evening meditation. Maybe you have already questions you might want to ask? Rest assured\, on the first day there will be a enough time to address them. During this first day there will be moments of silence and you will be introduced to a variety of meditations. The third day you will practise the rhythm of the different meditations in silence to widen and deepen your experience.
