Una experiencia rejuvenecedora y revitalizante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En este hermoso lugar, nos recibe calurosamente la comunidad residente, que acoge respetuosamente este retiro. Como grupo, honramos las costumbres cotidianas de esta comunidad. Una de estas costumbres es la celebraci\u00f3n de tres <span class=\"s1\"><b>Meditaciones Asha<\/b><\/span> cada d\u00eda. Usted es libre de participar como desee. Cada meditaci\u00f3n va seguida de un periodo de silencio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nuestro programa se desarrolla en dos o tres sesiones repartidas a lo largo del d\u00eda. Hay mucho tiempo para el silencio, la contemplaci\u00f3n, la reflexi\u00f3n, la escritura y para estar a solas con uno mismo.
