Wie alle anderen Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen, die in den letzten 30 Jahren erschienen sind, ist auch dieses Buch ein Unikat. Obwohl Yogin\u00e2m immer \u00fcber das spirituelle Streben schreibt und seinen Lesern immer wieder dieselbe Botschaft mitteilt, dr\u00fcckt die Vielfalt in der Herangehensweise, im Wortschatz und in der literarischen Form den unersch\u00f6pflichen Reichtum dessen aus, was nicht in Worte gefasst werden kann. Yogin\u00e2m betont immer wieder: Es geht nicht um die Worte und die S\u00e4tze. Es geht darum, was die Lekt\u00fcre des Buches mit einem macht und welche Auswirkungen es auf die Art und Weise hat, wie man sein Leben lebt; das ist das eigentliche Buch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das obige Zitat stammt aus Ismael und charakterisiert die Geschichte eines jungen Mannes, der nach S\u00fcden in eine fremde Stadt reist, die an einem Ort liegt, wo die W\u00fcste das Meer ber\u00fchrt. Die Reise wird das Leben des jungen Mannes ersch\u00fcttern und es gleichzeitig tiefgreifend pr\u00e4gen. Ein wunderbares Buch mit konfrontierenden, aber auch inspirierenden Gedanken, das Bilder hervorruft, die die Reise, die der Leser des Buches unternimmt, begleiten und unterst\u00fctzen. Ohne den Hinweis zu verderben, kann man sagen, dass dieses Element von Ismaels Reise zu einem ber\u00fchmten Mem und Symbol f\u00fcr spirituelle Transformation geworden ist. Wie Yogin\u00e2m in einem aktuellen Text schreibt: \"Um N\u00e2m zu entdecken, muss man sich in einem Zustand befinden, der es einem erlaubt, N\u00e2m zu entdecken\". Der Garten des N\u00e2m-Lebens zielt darauf ab, die optimalen Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Besucher zu schaffen, damit ein solcher Zustand entstehen kann. Ob man f\u00fcr eine Auszeit oder eine Auffrischung, einen Segen oder eine Heilung oder eine Transformation in die Transzendenz kommt; ob man Tee trinkt und eine Schale Reis isst, ob man in der K\u00fcche, im Garten oder beim Putzen der Toiletten hilft; ob man Zeit und M\u00fche, ein besonderes Talent oder materielle Mittel spendet: alles, was man in diesem Garten will, denkt, f\u00fchlt und tut, kann und soll als \u00e4u\u00dferer Ausdruck einer inneren Reinigung betrachtet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" mit dem Leben tun. Und was immer du mit dem Leben tust, hinterl\u00e4sst einen ewigen Abdruck im Garten der Seele. Der Zustand dieses Gartens spiegelt und f\u00e4rbt nicht nur Ihr Leben, sondern z\u00e4hlt auch beim Tod und wird, weil er zeitlos ist, im Nachleben bleiben. Der Garten von N\u00e2m Living spiegelt den Garten der Seele wider; der innere Garten, der auch als der geheime Garten bekannt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn man sich im Garten des N\u00e2m-Lebens befindet, hat man die M\u00f6glichkeit, diesen Garten zu reinigen, zu pflegen und so zu gestalten, dass er N\u00e2m widerspiegelt. Stellen Sie sich vor, Ismael putzt diese K\u00fcche; vielleicht nicht seine urspr\u00fcngliche Vorstellung von einem sch\u00f6nen Sommerurlaub, aber sicherlich ein notwendiger Schritt zum Wohlbefinden. Die B\u00e4ume beschneiden, den oft unerwartet in den Garten flie\u00dfenden Wasserstrom kanalisieren, den Boden lockern und mulchen, ihn mit Pferdemist anreichern. Sich um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der B\u00e4ume k\u00fcmmern, sie beobachten, sie pflegen, sie unterst\u00fctzen. Manchmal ein starker Regen, dann eine D\u00fcrreperiode und gro\u00dfe Hitze, starke Winde und nat\u00fcrlich die Insekten. Und dann, nach einem Jahr der Hingabe, zusammen mit unseren helfenden G\u00e4sten: eine doppelte Ernte von fast 1000 kg Oliven und \u00fcber 100 Liter fl\u00fcssiges, k\u00f6stliches 'extra vergine' Gold. Was f\u00fcr ein Festmahl! F\u00fchrung, Dankbarkeit, Geduld und Ehrfurcht und Staunen haben den Ton f\u00fcr so viel mehr als nur die Produktion von Oliven angegeben.
