For this healing journey we are guests at the retreat and meditation centre ‘The Garden of N\u00e2m’ (Spain). Here you can immerse yourself in an oasis of stillness. A stay in this place will leave you with new sources of energy and deep insights into yourself and your relationship with the world around you. A rejuvenating and revitalising experience!<\/p>\n

In this beautiful place we are welcomed by the small resident community that lovingly embraces this retreat. As a group, we respect the daily customs of this community. One of those customs is that two or three Asha meditations are held every day. You are free to take part in them as you wish. After each meditation, a period of silence is observed.<\/p>\n

Our programme takes place in 2-3 parts spread across the day. There is ample time for stillness, contemplation, processing, writing and being alone with yourself. All these elements together make our stay a serene and fruitful whole.<\/p>\n

\n20 to 26 February: retreat
\nWith 23 February being a day for yourself or to explore the surroundings together for those who wish to<\/p>\n

27 February: day of departure.<\/p>\n

There are no direct flights to Almer\u00eda airport in February. It is possible to fly to Almer\u00eda with Vueling (transfer in Barcelona) or with Iberia (transfer in Madrid). You can be picked up from Almer\u00eda airport.<\/p>\n

Another option is to fly to Granada, Malaga or Alicante. From there you can rent a car or van (possibly together with others). Buses also run to Almer\u00eda from Malaga and Alicante.<\/p>\n
